		<description><![CDATA[In the article on Steve Ells, which is a very good article by Clay Evans, I might point out that Jeremiah Tower was NOT the original chef at &quot;Chez Panisse&quot; in Berkeley ... rather that was Alice Waters who LATER hired Jeremiah for his boldness in helping to create the French-inspired local-California ingredient cuisine.

Since that time Jeremiah and several other Chez Panisse alumni have gone on to their own successful endeavors.

Just give correct credit where due. Thank you.]]></description>
