		<description>Thank you, thank you, thank you!   For having the idea, doing the hard work, and making it happen.  It truly makes Boulder a special place and a model for other cities to follow.  I wish we could currently draw a blue line on the height of houses and buildings; the new CAP rules just don&#039;t do what is needed.  We can walk on our open space, but so many of us can&#039;t see it anymore from our homes.</description>
